Purchases from DaxLight.com:
Any product, purchased at daxlight.com can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be refunded of the price of your returned purchases. Regrettably, the original shipping costs are not refundable.
If you want to return or exchange process, please email us at email@example.com, including your order number and the exact reason for returning/exchanging. Once your request is received, our customer service representative will provide you with additional instructions to complete the process.

Refund Policy - Fees
As mentioned above, you may return any product without reason in 30 days. In some cases fees may apply. This cases are:
1. Return with reason no longer needed - the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
2. Damaged goods - damaged in transit goods are not usually subject of restocking fee, but if the damage is caused by the customer, we will refuse the return.
3. Returns without valid tracking number are not refundable. There is no proof that the item is shipped to our warehouse. In case the customer send the item want's to send back item without tracking information, we require the package to be labeled with RMA. Please contact us to provide RMA before the shipment. Your order will be refunded only upon arrival in our office and inspection of the goods.
4. Orders placed with free shipping are subject to 4.80$ restocking fee. This fee is placed because we actually pay to ship the item, even if we offer free shipping.
4. In case the customer paid for shipping (Expedited or Registered Air Mail) the original shipping cost will not be refunded, except the cases when the received item is damaged.
5. All refunds, no matter amount or reason are subject to 0.30$ restocking fee.
